Again, welcome to WarezFreaks.org! Please note that this is a public website and anyone has the right to express themselves in an appropriate and mature manner. We are glad you have stumbled-upon our website and hope you browse around some more!

If you are part of a corporation including but not limited to: Microsoft, Template Monster, IPB, or any government group, please leave this website NOW!

Always remember, staff members have FINAL SAY on anything and has the right to ban you at ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, ANY REASON! So make sure you follow our simple, and easy to remember rules!

General Rules:

Respect ALL staff members!
Respect ALL members!
No spamming of any kind!
No discrimination
No old thread revival (Two months or older)
Only 1 account per member is allowed If duplicate accounts are being found, then both of them will be banned!!!
No advertising
- This includes but not limited to:
  - PM advertising (there is a Report PM button)
  - Shoutbox advertising
  - Referral links

New Member? info!! :

All new registered members who are making their own first topics/reply will notice that their freshly posted topic is not showing on the forum index. There is nothing to worry about as this is an anti Spam measurement that we have taken and thus the 5 first topics/reply of every new member will have to be approved by a staff member.

So do not panic if this happens to you.

Its also strongly advised that you be polite and introduce your self in our introduction section.

Posting Rules:

New members will be able to post normal topics without links in all the forums - can even reply to other topics.
New members will be able to post links in all the forums once they reached the 10 post requirement.
After having 10 posts they won't be able to post links until they have been registered for 24 hours.
These actions have been taken to prevent spammers and board flooders

No posting of Credit Card or PayPal accounts (or any way to get money ILLEGALLY)
- This includes, but not limited to:
  - Credit Card Numbers
  - Credit Card Phishers
  - PayPal Logins
  - PayPal Phishers
  - Bank Account Logins
  - Bank Phishers
  - Money Scams

Don't make threads in the wrong section
Do not post in all caps!
Don not make mega threads.
All links must be coded. IE: all download links, links to home pages, links to imdb.
Coding internal links is not mandatory. IE: links to other places here on board.
Download Posting/Section Rules:

Post information about the download, not just the link itself
- This includes, but not limited to:
  - Post a description, screen shot, information, download links, and password of the file. At minimum please put; description, screen shots, and download links and password (if included).

Do not use payed links like usercash, etc.
All links must be coded. IE: all download links, links to home pages, links to imdb.
Coding internal links is not mandatory. IE: links to other places here on board.
Do not hide viruses in files (unless file requires virus, like a hacking tool, and in the post state that there is a virus, what kind it is, and how to remove it - may be threatening to someone else's computer).
No links to a phisher
If the file has a password, POST IT!
- This includes, but not limited to:
  - Posting the CORRECT password!
  - If there is no password and you are leeching then DO NOT post a password with it stating it's your own download.

No live links (Meaning: CODE your links by using the [code] BBCode to tag your links.
Referral links are forbidden.
The proper prefix must be added to your download topic.

Chatbox Rules:

No post shouting
- This includes:
  - SHOUTING LIKE THIS

No spamming
- This includes, but not limited to:
  - Excessive use in smilies
  - Posting the same things over and over again.

No outside links at all! (Network links are allowed - please refer to the END of this post for a list of network sites)
Don't annoy, harass, threaten, and fight in the chatbox (with anyone, to anyone, to anyone's property, to anyone's website, etc.)
No advertising
No requesting
- This includes, but not limited to:
  - Asking for a download
  - Asking for a "favor"

Avatar/Profile Pic Rules:

No XXX avatars/profile pics!
No racist/hate avatars/profile pics!
DO NOT write a different websites name in your avatar/profile pic (unless it's WarezFreaks.org)

Signature/Signature Pic Rules:

Cannot exceed 500px in width
Cannot exceed 250px in height
No XXX signatures!
No racist/hate signatures!
Allowed up to 6 userbars
No advertising other warez sites
No referral links (to other warez sites. other sites are fine)
DO NOT write a different websites name in your avatar

Auto Poster Rules:
If you are using an auto poster and if you fail to post in the correct sections or if your posts are a total mess and you get 1 warning witch you ignore, well that will be your only warning you will get.
Ignore 1 warning and you will be banned and all your topics will be removed.

ALWAYS REMEMBER!: The WarezFreaks.org staff has the right to ban you are anytime, anywhere, any reason!
